Why A Testimonial “Clip” and Not a Testimonial Letter
When you ask a customer to write down something about the value they received from you and ask specifically for a one or two sentence quote, you are likely to get:
1) more people willing to give you a testimonial;
2) a testimonial that is more useful to you in your marketing process
People really don’t want to write testimonial letters and most people aren’t good at writing them. We already know your customers and prospects don’t read testimonial letters. So use testimonial clips—one or two sentences to show your prospects what your satisfied customers feel about the VALUE they received.
