How to Use Testimonial Clips to Make More Money
· Use testimonial clips throughout any proposal you write. I use them in the left hand margin space of my proposal paper.
· Begin your cover letters to prospects with a testimonial clip in a large typeface. It will make the prospect want to read the rest of the letter and proposal.
· Use testimonial clips in boxes on your letters to draw attention to them
· Include a summary of all the testimonial clips from letters received and from your evaluations in your post-speech analysis for the meeting planner/sponsor.
· Make a summary of testimonial clips as a marketing piece. I have one that is 8 pages front and back, 2 columns, 8 pt. type—358 testimonials total. I don’t expect anyone to read all 358 testimonials but the “weight” of the marketing piece gives prospects the idea pretty quickly that a lot of people get value from my presentations.
