Selling is Easy if You Know What a Customer Wants
After eliminating customers’ fears you must give them what they want. Most salespeople don’t know what a customer REALLY wants.
Before reading any further, write down the things you think your customers want:

Does your list include:
· wants to feel good about their buying decision?
· wants to feel they got more value than what they paid?
· wants to feel like they won?
· wants to believe they got a fair price?
· wants to be a hero with their boss and colleagues?
· Wants to feel intelligent and in control?
Your job as a salesperson is to satisfy these “wants” – everyone of them. Your job as a salesperson is a simple one – eliminate their fears and give them what they want. Grant their wishes and alleviate their fears! Do these two things and there are no reasons you can’t sell successfully and profitably!
