When leaving a telephone message (either with a live person or on voice mail), always leave the exact time you can be reached for the return call.

• eliminate additional phone tag

• saves you another (potential long distance) phone call

• sends the right message that “I’m as busy as you are,” and “You won’t have to play phone tag with me when you return my call.”
