Execution of the Customer Communication Plan
The key to a successful 4Profit Customer Communication Plan is giving the prospect and customer information that they welcome, value and use.
Instead of marketing material that extols the virtues of my company and services, I provide information that helps my clients and prospects achieve their business objectives and makes them more successful.
There is no selling going on in my 4Profit Customer Communication Plan, at least not overtly. I am marketing more of my relationship building skills and my understanding of my client and prospect’s business than I am marketing my services.
This approach is extremely successful:
· the communication is welcomed each month because it has value for the recipient
· the communication in many cases, is indispensable and relied upon
· this approach gets my material past the gatekeepers
· the communication provides a service
· the communication creates an atmosphere that allows me to sell appropriate services at the appropriate time
