Customer Communication Plan Details
· Identification of client/prospect objectives
· Identification of my selling objectives
· Timetable for delivering the information (what day of what week do I intend to communicate with each client or prospect – all clients on one day each month or spread over several days…do what is comfortable for you…but consider such things as:
- what are the busy and slow times for your clients and prospects?
- what are the your busy and slow times?
- can you time your communication with company events such as staff meetings, deadlines and downtimes?
- how will you maintain your communication schedule when you are traveling or otherwise away from your office?
- Content identification. This is the most important part of your plan. What information will you send your clients and prospects and where will you get it?
