Setting Up a Customer Communication Plan
When I have identified a prospect or gained a customer, I design a customized 4Profit Customer Communication Plan that:
1) meets what I perceive are the client or prospect’s objectives
2) meets my sales objectives
For example, if I know that a company is trying to increase sales, I’ll design a Customer Communication Program that delivers information about increasing sales, while at the same time, subtlety lets me demonstrate my expertise in that area.
The goal, after all, is to eventually sell my small business marketing, consulting and speaking services. Each plan is developed for a twelve-month period, including the methods of delivery and some of the content.
