Why A Manual?
Your audiences want information that will help them implement your ideas and strategies and solutions.
What they don’t want is to learn anything. They’ve been learning all their life and they are done learning. They want solutions, contacts, ANSWERS. They want what you have but they don’t want to learn and they sure don’t want to work or think. They want you to do the work for them—to follow your system and get what you got.
No work, no thinking, no BS!
Instead, they want answers and solutions that are easy to implement, that work right now, that don’t require a huge outlay of time and money.
So, they sure don’t want another book. They’ve read lots of books and they are in the same place where they started. So please don’t sell them another stinkin’ book!
But a “MANUAL,” a “how to” manual you can sell. When you can’t figure how to program your favorite FM station on your car stereo, you go to your owners manual. When you can’t make the funny cursor on your computer screen go away, you go to your software manual, even if it’s online.
When you can’t make the “12:00” stop flashing on your VCR, you look in your manual. (OK, there’s some problems even a manual can’t solve!)
Your objective is to get your audiences and clients to turn to YOUR manual when they need an answer, or a new idea. So, give them a manual. (sell it actually)
Unlike a book, your manual is a resource guide that your audiences will refer to over and over and over—an opportunity for lifetime implementation of your ideas. An indispensable “how to” “roadmap” to “never failing” “always useful” guide to wealth, happiness or a better love life.
